  • I love it toxic storage dump! Great way to put that. I cant drink diet pop and think its not good for you no matter what. But I use to drink ton's of mountain dew. Now i drink 12 cups of water a day and feel awesome. Just think if you would of not drank diet pop and ate healthier where you would of gotten in the 80's!
  • I soooo agree! I hate excuses and bad attitudes. I am a firm believer in smiling all the time. Life is hard but if you dont try or just do it you will never know where you will succeed!

  • I am a stay at home mom so I changed my activity to active and it didnt change how many calories I needed to eat. i would suggest checking that settings.

  • Log it as circuit training general for 27 minutes. I think last time I did lvl 1 i burned 179 and was 145.
  • The machine doesnt count in your heart rate just what your might be burning base on speed and intensity. The more fit I seem to get the more off the machine is. My heart rate doesnt get as high and the machine always shows more calories burned. How high does your heart rate go?

  • I have a Sigma pc 9 women's it was $60 on amazon. I love it. Counts my calories and has a chest strap. I got a women's one because I have a small wrist and watches have always been big on me. this fits perfect. Also got my husband same brand and no interference. Also comes with a bike mount!

  • I so agree trying different brands and different styles and fits is the way to go. I love American Eagle jeans style Boy friend fit. They are sooo comfortable! Or Lucky jeans mid rise. I love them because then I dont have to worry about my thong showing.

  • I lost 3 lbs on lvl 1 and didnt even diet. I started to diet on lvl 2 and my the end of 30 days i lost a size in jeans (went from size 10 to size 8). Now I only do it a few days a week and do a few other dvds the days I dont go to the gym.

  • I personality would rather workout everyday. Everytime I take a break it always seems not worth it. So i workout everyday.   • The last time I did the workout I was at 147 and burned 451 calories. It was very close to what this website says (usually its way over for my workouts) But those last 2 circuits is where I burned the most and my heart rate got to 174.

  • You do have to just search Market pantry. But I do agree I prefer their products over walmart (no Kroger in MN). I also dont shop at cub much anymore. Target is way cheaper and they give back to the community! I also like that they have no salt added to canned goods.
