  • I just started doing them last week. I do both once a week. But i did the 30 day shred everyday for 30 days first. I know I wouldnt be able to make it if I didnt do the shred. BFRM is hard. I burn 450 calories doing it.

  • i eat the reduced sodium string cheese all the time. I also know that there is provolone too thats reduced sodium and its very good.
  • Well I am restarting 30DS today. Only a few days a week and doing a few other video's. Also upgrading weights to 5's and 8's. Keep up the good work everyone. Its soooo worth it.
  • You can add it as circuit training since thats what it is. And its 27 minutes. Depending on your weight you can burn more or less calories. I lost about 5 pounds doing this and many inches.

  • I change it every weight it. Takes 5 seconds. I have a Sigma and its SOOO easy to change the settings.
  • I had to do the same thing with planks. It really got bad in lvl 3. It sucked I ended up doing alot more mortified push ups then I wanted to. Soon as I finished 30 day Shred no more pain. And now with doing her other video's still no pain.
  • Do they have cable? I know with Comcast lvl 1 is on demand under exercise tv. Otherwise I have no idea where you could find it unless you downloaded it from some sight.

  • I finished 30 day shred on Sunday so every day this week I have tried out a different video. I will restart it next week but with 5 pound weights and and in a few video's a like at random.

  • I had ankle pain too when I did lvl 1. It was because I was not wearing shoes. Are you wearing shoes? It went away about 3 days later after I started to wear shoes and never had issues since.
