I always run with a partner. Not sure if that is an option for you. If I have to run alone. I carry my cell phone. I have my house key too which I guess could be used as a weapon.

Why don't you try going for a walk instead of eating. I found exercise really helped me when I lost my Mom. It's a very good stress relief. :flowerforyou:

Do you get a lunch break? Try and go for a walk on your lunch. I find it helps get through the rest of my day. The fresh air is great.

Hi there... you will love this site. I would love to be part of your support group. :) I like light lunches. Here are some ideals: -granny smith apple and wasa bread with peanut butter -hummus, veggies and crackers. -cottage cheese and peaches.

Your water intake might have a lot to do with it. Magnesium is really helpfull too. I take Natural Calm about an hour before I got to bed. It's almost like a hot tea. I found that really helped me. I agree with Raeanne, don't increase your mileage too quickly. If you go too hard to fast you will get injured. Good…

I have not tried PX90 but I have tried his 10 Minute Trainer DVD's. They are great too. Let me tell you they are a great workout too.

Your body needs a certain amount of calories just to survive the day. You burn calories even when your sleeping. If you are doing big work outs you have to replenish that amount.

I agree you are probably not eating enough. Make sure you are eating most of your calories. If you are in a real deficit your body will go in starvation mode. I suggest measuring yourself too. You will probably see a difference there.
