One whole calendar month - that i've been a non smoker! (going strong!!)
4 Weeks and 1 day ago - i started the C25k program - i completed my first 20 minute straight run this morning!!
26 Days ago - i joined MFP and started to focus on calorie intake and exercising....and i've lost 5 kilos and 8 cm's!

Wow!!! That's awesome! Congrats first on the quitting smoking. That is a HUGE way to get healthy and I am proud of everyone who quits!!! I come from a family of smokers and have never touched it myself... the one thing I'm super proud of. Way to go!!
As far as the C25K... I did that last spring and it completely changed my life!!! Congratualtions on starting a great new habit, and it will become a habit!!! I ran 2 5k's last year (July and October) and am currently training for my first 10k in May. I have a friend who has challenged me to a 1/2 marathon in September! Running... who knew? I've found runners to be the most supportive and fabulous people, so welcome to the club!0 -
