rramirez1272 i know, sometimes its hard. But for exemple you can do some exercise when you are doing your foods, like power walk, lift the legs to right and left, front to back. Do some abdominal when you watch tv on sofa! Just be creative on that! And you will achieve the 30min per day!

Really don't know if here we can talk portuguese. Good mixed eheh portuguese and italian! I was trying to do tapioca but i can't! Really tapioca guess just result in brazil or if is any brazilian doing it! lol
