Great job!! I am 2 months from my first year. I have that last 10 pounds to go. So frustrating as the loss slows down. Nice to see it may be possible from your stats. Way to Get-r-Done!!

Turkey breast for me!! I have started making a butterball breast every Monday. Great to snack on anytime, and it can be added to so many things to make a meal. Why not? Just watch the sodium content on the Bacon.

The database shows "Homemade - Pork Lard" as 110 cals for 1 tbsp. But it's off the chart in deliciousness. I have made the switch to Canadian bacon for now.

Riding the bike (and loosing lots of weight) seems to have helped mine out a lot. Try the bike if you cant run. The Night splint was so uncomfortable i couldn't stand it. I did find rolling a tennis ball under the arch whenever i was just sitting would help a lot too.
-
I recommend it!!! I bought a cheep Schwinn comfort Sierra a month after I started in May. I quickly fell back in love with riding a bike! I looked forward to getting out to ride every day!! Such great motivation! I put over 10,000 miles on it in 6 months  I have now purchased my Fuji 29er. I use it on…

It calculates it and then reports it here. I track all that here on My fitnesspal. I just did weight lifting, and I just told it what I did and for how long and it sent the calories here. Cool stuff!!
-
I'm using Runtastic for my Biking mostly, But it does great with almost all sports. Syncs right to myfitnesspal as well. I have checked it's accuracy and found it to be spot on for miles and speed / elevation gain loss.

Great stuff!!! Thanks so much!!

Great posts!! Last one lead me here. Love em all! I will download it and try to put in my info If I can. I go a week with just a little movement, and am told I need to eat more. I think a Plato needs to be longer than a week. :ohwell: In the end, I'm still kickin butt!! I only started in May.

I have kept the same belt I started with since may. I have added 5 holes so far. It i inspiring to put on each day.

I was hoping to break the 200 mark by now, but I have plateaued at 207 for several days. I do typically loose a little on the weekends after a gig, so let's hope I can make 205 for Monday. I have a followup Dr appointment on Monday. I think he's gonna be surprised. :blushing:
