She was simply the best teacher i ever had. She is the one who taught me everything from the get go... and i firmly believe i was taught good mannerism…

i pretty much like what i look like... except..... i have runners feet. very VERY not attractive.

i eat the same foods everyday right up til dinner... so i pre log right to the 5 30 mark then fill that in afterward. works for me!

suck it up buttercup.. this too shall pass!!!!! and think of how much better off you will feel if you just drink water and workout rather than give into those craving!

i am putting this out there for anyone who wants to see... go to my profile. i once weighed in at 316. its amazing what one can do with a set of weights. I never thought i would love to pump iron... but i live for it now!!!!!!
