im finding that my loss on the scales is going nowhere and it brings me down a little the last few weeks every time I hop on the scales after training my *kitten* off and NOTHING!!! so im turning to measurements every two weeks, i think to see a change in that will help keep up my motivation levels :-)

thats awesome!!!! ive just recently gotten into a little weight and strength training and ive noticed a small differnce already,but im no guru.haha. can i ask you to expand a little on weighted crunches? any advice is really appreciated :-) thanks in advance

Id also read that somewhere but hadnt looked much into it... It does sound like a great idea :-) my sister is currently doing that too so ill let her know shes not the only one... i should try it but I sweat soooooo much when i workout i dont know if I could handle it, but anything is worth a shot :-) thanks
