  • i agree with Dr. Phil Mc C. -- SERIOUS BIDNESS, indeedy as they say in french :flowerforyou: "exactement!"
  • Oh my! So so sorry to hear about your loss! ...of course, you're grieving! i have friends more devastated by the death of their pets than they were by the death of their parents. So often our animals are closer to us than anybody else on earth -- and when they go it's not just the pet but a whole chapter out of your life…
  • if you wanted to go to in-person meetings it might be a good option for you- WW is relatively sensible compared to a lot of commercial programs out there these days -- but that said they have changed their system SO many times (even since i did it in 2008, never mind what they were doing in the 1970s!!!) it's hard to keep…
  • I would guess the heat DOES burn more cals for the same amount of effort because it certainly FEELS that way but if you're doing outdoor endurance activities it's a lot harder to go as far and as fast when the temperature rises - so you would probably have to wear an HRM and do a real world comparison also note whenever we…
  • Volcano Style put an easy over egg in the hollowed out point of a mashed potato mountain then poke the yolk until the lava flows!

  • HEY just got a "Stability Core Disk" in my morning mail today... and i really like it (in fact I'm sitting on it as i type this into my laptop) while it is nowhere versatile and overall worthwhile as a good stability ball -- i just picked up one of these: http://www.gofit.net/core-stability-disk.php -- it is really great…
  • NICE :) Good home workout with resistance/ power tube video link in there, too!
  • me too i did about two months (10 weeks?) with EAS2 then I started running outside instead and bought heavier dumbbells and extra gear for working out indoors... (1.1" thick 9'x9' mat, Stability Balls, Resistance Power Tube ...) i still try to use all I learned about proper form, in fact considerably slower and paying more…
  • try an get a real bicycle style floor pump if you can -- it will work in a fraction of the time and effort and keeping it well inflated to the right size and firmness is really important. You will probably have to fill it at least a second time once it settles as well... some exercises are easier and harder (to impossible)…
  • i have THREE of them now (in varying size)... and i also have one of these fancy pants dot-com-boom high-upper muckkity-muck Herman Miller 'AERO' award winners, too [http://www.hermanmiller.com/Products/Aeron-Chairs] ... still prefer sitting on the ball 99% of the time!!! my opinion is the only way you will be able to…
  • this was my first response too... but I think I'd rather go with don't you mean.... "THAT"S SO TAKEI" ??? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRkIWB3HIEs&feature=player_embedded
  • WOW! lookin' GOOOOOD!
  • Just heard a very positive review at Fat2FitRadio.com how it works: some folks someplace in a far away country look at the picture, look up the caloric values in a calorie database, type it into the program and then the app sends you back a range of what you might be consuming. Sounds very far out for the entertainment…

  • Do you drive a car? Same principal you scan ahead you don't look under the hood as you pass over things proper posture is even more important when you are running, where bad posture will lead to injury sooner rather than later... and scanning ahead peripherally is equally or even more important when you are on ice or road…
  • DO I EVER!!! ...about 6 months or so after i reached goal i went about two years without logging before my pants started feeling too tight again -- so yes i do get tired of it... but if I get too complacent about it , i know sooner or later i have to start again anyway
  • Can I still wear my thong?
  • I like both but here's my 2¢ for today 1) Running is FASTER and 2) You can injure yourself walking too if you don't do it right.
  • S-L-O-W D-O-W-N! you can also get grumpy for zillions of other reasons - even working out too much but the idea that you are on a deadline to reach a goal by "sacrificing" on a DIET is your #1 enemy think LIFEstyle and how you can make it sustainable, FUN & >forever<

  • i agree with 'everything in moderation' SOMETIMES - I think it belongs right up there with "delayed gratification" but like Sarah Silverman says you have to ... "MAKE IT A TREAT" http://www.nerve.com/entertainment/the-ten-sexiest-celebrity-stoners
  • i agree with LorinaLynn EA Sports Actice 2- hands down best fitness game -- if not best fitness >product< ever... best MOVE games that will get you moving are the SPORTS CHAMPION (esp. Ping Pong) game that comes with the move bundle and THE FIGHT: Lights Out - major sweat fest boxing simulator...
