great idea, yyzdnl!!!! i have heard people use elaborate special electric eye triggered water guns - or spray coyote urine around (i wonder if that is an improvement?) but this idea above seems more cost-effective and a lot wiser

I don't support banning any words or ideas, but i am not on a diet... and if you aren't on a 'diet' you can't cheat. I have adapted my lifestyle to strive to be healthy through proactive fitness and nutrition - eating well and exercising. It's not what you do some of the time -- it's what you do most of the time :smile:

protein is good. diets are bad... prefer to think positively about a sustainable "nutrition plan" and a lifestyle with a focus on a good balance between fitness activity and plenty of good healthy eating (including protein & everything else!) vs. a diet of 'deprivation' and/or 'going without' :smile:

i just drink the only ones I ever tasted... EAS Myoplex VANILLA and CHOCOLATE have not tried any others i like the vanilla better but i really don't drink either of them for the taste... how do you guys rate them against the ones you posted?
