Dumbbell weight suggestions please i've been using 3lb weights (about 1.4 kg) since January but i'm about to go pick up a set of 2x 14" bars 4x 10lb 4x 5lb 4x 2.5lb so that's about 35 kg for the pair together + whatever the 14" bars weigh. ~16 kg ??? How much weight should I add? ...and how quickly?
