threres liqud protein shots that you can pick up for a couple bucks..hover around 35 per shot..there pretty nasty tasting but then again most shots are..tuna..yogurt..chicken..and youll be on your way without killing the calorie intake

not a fan of any of those meal plans or fad diets. Just exercise and watch would you eat and fuel your body with..which this site is great for letting you know exactly how good or bad things are for you.

some natural and health food stores sell sample packets from different vendors...eas...jay robb etc...and if you dont notice any just ask a sales associate..sometimes they will give you one for free...really is trial and error to find one you like

keep at it..while its easy to get discouraged...seeing the hard work pay off both in the mirror and on the scale is worth it..plus it sets up a healthy lifestyle where working out becomes second nature cause its fun!

Welcome aboard...even without exercise just by changing your diet to on that is healthier should help you lose 1/2 lb a week easy if not more. look forward to seeing you reach your goals for yourself and family!

great job on the progress thus far...yes you definately put your body through a shock period hence the headaches keep up the great work and its always going to try and fight you to go back to what it used to be.
