Another mile today. I was trying for more, but my muscles aren't used to it anymore. :( I am going to keep at it, and get my miles back up. I had been doing 3-4 miles every day or every other day in the spring. I know I can do it again.

Sorry, I joined this challenge, but I forgot to come post. So, here is where I am at: 11/05 1.5 miles 11/06 1.5 miles 11/08 3 miles 11/09 2 miles I will try harder to post my miles as I do them. I am planning to do a couple more today.

I tried this challenge a while back, and fell off the wagon. I am just back to exercising, and need to get into a habit again. I am going to aim for 30 miles walking this month, hopefully more, but we'll see.

I played catch-up today, since I kept forgetting the last few days. Now, I am on track with everyone for tomorrow. I have also started the c25k with my sister. I have signed up for my first 5k in mid-July, and even though it is a fun run, which you can walk, I really want to run at least part of it, so I am working towardsโฆ

I have a really good bra, and 2 crappy cheap bras. I am starting to wear the good one for exercising, even though the other ones are cotton and breathe better. The good one has MUCH better support and I can even manage jumping jacks in it. I guess sometimes it is worth spending more money on a bra.

I work out 3-4 times a week. My youngest goes to school Tuesday, Thursday, and alternate Fridays, so I really push myself on those days, because I have extra time to devote to it, with no distractions. The days that he is home I aim for a 30 minute workout. I don't workout on the weekends, because we are usually busy withโฆ
