  • My goal is to do better with food and add another 10 mins to my work out to hit the 1 hour mark, I do about 30 mins cardio and the JM Shred wich is about 20 mins so I need to find a way during the week to add a 10 min workout, so fitness blender here I come

  • Hey Did you figure out how to track the Shred? How is it going for you? I am new to fitness pal, I just saw I had not been saving all my exercise and food :(, none the less I am excited at the little changes I am making :)
