Yes it's normal. At least that's exactly how I've been so you're not alone. I'm 11 weeks now and I'm starting to get a little bit better but I still need my daily nap. I can't drink milk from a plastic cup, it can only be from a glass. It's too disgusting otherwise. Stick with what you like and how you like it..... If you don't like vegetables cooked just have a portion of raw veggies with your meal, there's nothing wrong with that. Do you like smothies? If so, throw some spinach in there.... you wont even taste it.

Yeah I should just keep it out of the house but my husband wants it sometimes. And I dont want to feel deprived cause then I'll just binge. I guess its about control and moderation.
