Hey Momma's, I spent the last 10 months taking it pretty easy, enjoying life as a new mom. I'm now feeling like I'm ready to get back at it. Slow and steady is my new goal as I have other priorities in my life now. Looking for friends in a similar boat.

Morning workouts..... how do you do it?
I am not a morning person.... but I would love to be. I always leave my workouts to after work but lately I've been missing them because of other things. I think it would be so good for me and my schedule if I could make myself workout in the morning. Any practical tips on how I can make the transition?
