Way to go! Your time was better than my first half marathon I did. We all start somewhere and this is where the start is for you. You are going to want to do several other half marathon. I find them very addictive lol.

Keep working hard and better yourself. I know being divorced has to been stressful but use that as encouragement that you can do this and accomplish what you need to. Thanks for the tips. I went ahead and just set it at 1,400 for now even though it would be nice to stay at 1,200 to lose weight faster. I will check out the link and calculate my measurements.

I know how you feel! I feel like food is such an enemy and it only get's worse. The healthy food is yummy but the bad food taste just so much better but leaves me feeling crappy, sleepy and sometimes makes my stomach hurt. It also makes me gain a bunch of weight which makes me want to keep eating more and more. Motviation…

I think it's hard to be perfect with this unless you have the time to put in a lot of effort to make sure everything is correct. I think as long as you save a few calories for minor errors that could go wrong then your fine. It's hard to be perfect on this thing even I wanna be perfect at logging in my calories but it…

I would suggest having snacks before lunch so there isn't this huge gap of being really hungry. I would make sure your drinking lots of water as well. I know it's really hard to do at first but you will get the hang of things. Dont give up and please add me we can do this together and stay strong!

I noticed that with salad dressings...you may lower your amount for calories but have tons of sodium in it.....

I am sad to say but I don't have tons of money so the only types of foods I can really eat are processed foods..

in 2005 when I lost a lot of weight I know I ate tons of Sodium and still lost weight. This person isn't on MFP it was on FB that she told me this because MFP auto sends my diary onto there. So she noticed it and told me but she is thinking I am wanting quick results....

I also think I will be saving money doing portion control. I will have food that could last awhile for example crackers, chips and so on.
