Great work everyone! Stick with it and you'll have great results. I am happy to say I finished a 2nd round of the shred the other day. Now after 2 rounds i have lost 15lbs & 20 inchs. Looking forward to starting a 3rd round!!!

Goodluck! I just finished my 2nd round of the shred today. Twice now I have done 30 days straight and it is amazing and so worth it!

From what my dr says, nothing will get rid of it completely. I just had my 2nd csection in feb and have been very consistant with diet and exercise, including lots of ab work, especially lower ab work and it has gone down almost completely. I say lots of cardio, a good diet and lots of ab work should definitly help.

Tomorrow is my 30th day of my 2nd round of the shred. It gets great results. I lost tons of inchs. the first 30 days lost 9lbs and last time i weighed in i had lost 5lbs so far this 2nd round. I did straight 30 days both times. Good luck it is tough, but once you make it through the first 4 days or so it gets much easier!!

Great thinking! I hadn't even thought about things like my foreman grill or electric skillet! I dont own a toaster oven so Im not sure what you can cook in them but that may be an idea as well?

Do any of the stores near there carry the Zip Lock Steamer Bags? I use them all the time to cook vegtables, and it also says they are great for meats like chicken and fish. That would be a good way to make a microwave meal that isnt processed.

I am almost finished with my 2nd round of the 30ds. Both times I did 30 days straight, ten days at each level. I personally didnt do extra cario or anything and didnt follow a diet but did log my food on here. First round I lost 9lbs & 13in. So far this 2nd round ive lost 5lb and i have 5 days left.

your doing great! keep it up! =] level 2 has always been my least favorite. level 3 is fun, so just look forward to that as Jillian drags you through level 2! haha

You just have to push thru the pain, youll be less sore by day 3 and by day 5 you wont really be sore at all. if you skip a day now you might not start again. I am on day 26 of my 2nd round of 30 days. havent missed a day. Push thru the pain, you will be rewarded =]

I hear sore muscles retain more water to repair them. Most everyone Ive talked to about the shred either stayed the same or gained for the first part of each level. But have faith, if you stick with it eventually that pound will be gone and then some!!

up until day 8 or so I had gained a pound but seen a lot of definition in my abs and thighs. by day 10 you'll start losing. I did an occational bike ride on my stationary bike but was most always too sore so just did the shred everyday. Im on my 2nd round day 25 and so far have lost 5lbs. My first round lost 9lbs and…

You are doing wonderful! Dont get down on yourself. I was dreading gaining when i went on vacation last month. But to my surprise i got home and lost a pound. You dont go home as often as you get to work out, so enjoy yourself while on your trip, and when you get home you'll get right back into the swing of things!!!

Thanks everyone. I have tried them in tacos and that was a hit, I wish I could like lemon but for some reason find it gross. Sadly because most fish recipes I find include lemon!
