Ok thank you everyone. And Eacatterton I also go by what my HRM says. The bike itself shows a much higher burn everytime.

Thank you! Im mostly looking for what will give the best calorie burn. My bike does have these 30 min programs that include hill climbs and such where the bike adjust the resistance for you and you just have to petal with in a certain speed. Is the hit training best for a better calorie burn?

Main reason, to make my husband proud! And for him to be the guy with the hot wife, not the wife that had two kids and let herself go. And not going to lie... im in a wedding this summer, with my Ex... when he has to watch me walk down the isle I want him to kick himself!

^^^ This definitly sums it up for me! I also lately enjoy it on a Fiber one brownie. They are a little dry so the peanut butter helps with that. Tastes like a really rich desert and is under 200 cals. Can't beat that!

I really like the 30 day shred. It offers 3 different 25 minute work outs that are at home circuit training. If you are wanting a longer work out you can always do 2 levels back to back.

I was looking at your pics again, because Im so happy at how far you have come and the changes youve made and I have to agree with this. I was noticing the same thing about your arms. The first pic its like they have no where to go but against your body and in the new pics they hang more naturally with a gap in between…
