I think so! On round 1 I did it 30 days straight. Im now on my second round of the shred and i have done 14 days straight. Seems to me anyone that has missed a day, then misses 2 days, then slowly but surely gets off track. I say stick with it no rest days when its only a 25 min work out.

I have a love hate relationship with the last ab work out... lol i hate how much it kills me! burns everywhere! Abs shoulders back ahhhh but i love it cuz i know its working! haha Way to stick with it Sabrina!!!

sabrina, glad you like level 2. the squats with v raises is what i hate! other then that it was better then i remember. i love the walk out pushups but im terrible and still cant do a real pushup! haha anyone else still shredding or is there just like 3 of us now???

LAst day of level 1! Will post my new weight and measurements in the morning... but I am definitly dreading level 2 tomorrow... and the next 10 days.... level 2 is the WORST! But light at the end of the tunnel, i loved level 3! =]

I had gained 1lb too till about day 10. I hear just about everyone gains or stays the same for the first week week and a half. Glad so many of us are still going strong with this. Cant wait to see everyones level one results and measurments this week!!! =]

I find if i havent ate, or had much water, or if ive done another work out before hand... it is rough!!! Way to push though we are almost done with level one woooohoooo

As long as you at least still did it, thats all that matters! My knees hurt in round one and i really started making sure i was pushing with my butt and less weight on my knees more on my heels and it has made all the difference. My knees havent hurt at all in the 2nd round. As for natalie... she is basically standing up…

L1D6 done... my husband actually did it with me today! =] this is the 2nd time he has done it, in the oh i dunno 39 times I have! haha He is amazed that i can handle it!

That is a rough work schedule, but stick with the shred and you will see results. I do have bad news though, my first round, thru day 7 i actually gained a lb. then by day 10 i had lost it and an additional lb. By day 20 though i had lost 6lbs and then 9lbs by day 30.. You may not lost a lot of lbs at first but definitly…
