that is so funny you say that because what i saw in the mirror and what was on my camera were a lot different! lol i dont see the definition in the mirror that i do in my pics!

I didnt knowhow to do it either at first but its really simple Go to tinypic or photobucket website. upload your pics to the thumb nail size setting they have, then it gives you a code. put the code in your message, post and there they are!

DAY 30 DONE!!!! OMGosh we did it! I am so amazed that i didnt take a single rest day, sometimes i can be such a slacker, so i was really worried going into this! but thanks to you all, no slacking!!! Cant wait to post measuments tomorrow and maybe if i can figure it out pics as well!

oh no debi, so close to the end to miss a day! glad your going to get it in twice at least. and i too am kinda sad we are at the end. Lets just keep this thread going anyway! And when i get back from vacation ill probably start another round of 30! =]

ive noticed while doing the shred that on days my water intake is low i get a bit of a headache during the work out and it caries from dull to pounding.

Feeling amazing, first couple days of each level are rough, but push, it is only 25 minutes of each day! My energy level is amazing and there is a big difference in my strength. I havent weighed in for a week, but as of day 20 i had lost 6lbs and roughly 8 inchs. My abs are much more visable, and that saying something…

stef, i plan to keep at it. and i found level 1 tough, level 2 the worst, and although i sweat the most during level 3 its my favorite.

I just had a baby 3 months ago and i am now on day 28 of the shred, havent taken a day off and so far having amazing results. It is definitly hard but so worth it.

All the time! i get up at 6am and dont eat lunch till noon so coffee till noon keeps me from snacking! and i often grab a coffee around 3 as well =]

day 28 done!!!! seems impossible but we are doing this!!! 2 more days!!! i cant wait to post after day 30! even if my weight and measurements havent changed much i am more stoked that i stuck to a work out program for 30 days no breaks!!!
