Hey Mummies, just wanted to check in. Everyone ready for Monday's weigh in??? Hope your all having a great weekend. Today is a sad day for America and I hope none of you Mummies were personally effected/lost a loved one in the tragedy that is 9/11. :frown:

I agree, I think the weekends throw us off. During the week i can take colton to PreK come home and do it. During the weekend its all over the place never know what the plan is for the day. Tracy- It may slow down your loss the first week or so, but by day 10 both rounds i was down a lot. And it is a lot of inchs lost, in the 2 rounds i lost 20 inch... but I also lost 15lbs between the 2 rounds so it is definitly worth it!!! LaToya.... ya know ya wana.... SHRED!!! To get caught up on a few peoples questions... I dont do the cool down but the warm up and actual work out is about 25 min for each level on my HRM I too do modified push ups. Tracy, Im kind of pathetic, and even though this is my 3rd round of the shred, I still use my 2lb weights! :laugh: However, I can now do a few real push ups so my arm strenghth is building. If I were you to get your 4 days in before you leave, maybe double up on level 1 twice and double up on level 2 and 3 once that way…
