I have always heard its MUCH harder to lose the weight once you get closer to your goal... I didnt have a clue it would be this hard!!! On labor day I am starting a new thread called Labor Day Shredders... I have to do another round of the shred. With out the 30 day structure i start slipping and it is definitly the best bang for the buck. Id love to have you on board!

We will have an amazing weekend! The whole weekend with me is sure to recharge your batteries!!! We can always go on walks down the bike path too!!! And tubing and knee boarding is DEFINITLY a work out! lol
