Way to go! You're baaack!

I have heard plain greek yogurt can be used, but I haven't tried it yet since the light mayo I use only has 35 calories in a Tablespoon.
-
Wow, you look great! You look close to 145 now, I never would've guessed you're 171. I'm proud of you, too!
-
Are you exercising? To feel full, get plenty of fiber and protein. Drink lots of water.

I went to Alaska on Norweigan. It was very laid back, no need for a bunch of fancy clothes. No need to bring food, it's all included while on the ship. Alcohol is not included but isn't much more expensive than a nice club. "Hidden fees" are when you check out, they charge you like $7 per day per person for tips.…

You are amazing! Thanks for sharing!

I just made this 2 nights ago, it IS good!

I don't log my sugar free gum, and I don't log things like one bite of my husband's macaroni & cheese. If I go crazy and have 3-4 bites of m & c, then I'll log it.
-
Wow, you look amazing! Great job!
-
I would say, yes, it's time to change your activity level.

Listen to your body, eat! Go out to eat so you don't have to listen to your Mom. I agree with everything avskk said.

Ok, help me out here....I'm 5'3", 149#. My sedentary TDEE is just under 1700, lightly active is 1800. So if I ate 1700 calories I would maintain. I've been eating 1400, eating all my exercise calories back, & exercising 6 days a week. It's taken me 2 months to lose 5 pounds. What is the difference between you & me?

A friend of mine was on Phentermine for 4-5 months and she said she could really tell it wasn't suppressing her appetite like it was when she first started it. Why would you want to pay for it long term if it was barely working anymore? Another thing to consider-doctors don't know everything, that's why it's called…

I think it's important to be happy with yourself first, before you get into a relationship. Meaning; be single, be happy! Nothing wrong with that at all!

I fractured my knee & my Doctor only wanted me to swim or bike.
-
I slowly went up. 1200 to 1350 for a month, then up to 1450 for a month, etc.

#10, "you must do it LONG TERM or it won't last"...if you are going to make changes long term, why are you so worried about losing 30 pounds in 2 months? How about dedicating the next 2 months to healthier habits & don't try to kill yourself? Unless you are morbidly obese, this seems like a tall order.
-
It's not bad for your health, that's ridiculous. What is it, the 1940's?
-
I agree with 'delisep', tell hubby you need his help, or simply stop doing everything. When he needs laundry washed, I guess he'll figure it out! 30 minutes of exercise should be enough to start with. If you still want to go to the gym (vs home dvd's), could you go early in the morning & then you are showered for the day…

Obviously not everyone has the same "brand" of sweat. My husband sweats like crazy but never has the funk. I, on the other hand, got the funk! I've tried vinegar, it didn't seem to help. I'm going to try the ammonia & see how that goes. A friend of mine heard lemon juice will get sweat stains out, but not sure if that's…

I eat peanut butter before bed when I'm under, or a PBJ if I'm WAY under goal. Other calorie dense foods I like are cashews, almonds, and an apple with peanut butter.

It took me 4 months to lose 30 pounds. I started at 188. Since you have more weight to lose, and may be more focused since you have a deadline, I would say that's an attainable goal. Exercise was a key factor for me. Whatever exercise you do, push yourself so you get a good workout. Good luck!

I ate Taco Bell's Cantina steak burrito last night. It was GREAT!! I went over my calorie goal by almost 500 calories because of it and I don't feel guilty at all.

When I was a Fifth Grader, just about everyone got an Atari that year for Christmas....but me. I also wanted a Care Bear & didn't get it. And a Cabbage Patch Doll . Geez, what DID I get?
-
You look just about right to me (if amything a few pounds underweight). But since there are no shots in skivvies....I'd say you're good.
-
I can't help you...I go over on sugar pretty much all the time & it doesn't even have to be junk (fruit, yogurt, vanilla almond milk). I finally changed my settings to show me fiber instead of sugar.
-
Since you're still hemming & hawing over it, maybe you'd be more comfortable in something else. I think it would be ok if you had a grey or black little sweater/jacket to wear with it (just to give it more color).

Congratulations!!

I know what phentermine is, but what is topiramate? What is it's purpose?

I like to do intervals. Once my heart rate is up, I slow down & put an incline on (start easy, like 2-3% so you don't get shin splints).
