Good Idea, I will try that and shoot for that only on UP days, today is a DD and going fairly easy. I also find that eating my full 1400 cals on UP makes the DD much easier

Now I Juddd, my question is is ADF 0 calories during fasting days or is it similar to Judd where you eat >500 cals a day. I eat 1200-1500 calories every other day, and 300-500 calories the other days. I practiced IF in May and lost 8 pounds I practice JUDDD starting June 1st and lost 1.5 pounds so far. I have been going back and forth about eating exercise calories back. Honestly I am just not sure if I should. Up front I also selected little to no exercise. I also lift weights and that counts for nothing in mfp and I burn est. 300-450 cals every other day cardio so I usually eat back 150-200 of those calories. Good job…

I started Juddd June 1, even after having one 800 cal dd, and visiting a steak house on my bday I have still lost 2 pounds last week. I am learning that I have to stay down on a DD and eat only half of my exercise cals on UD.

Today is my first down day, I started IF May 1st and lost 8 pounds last month, I heard GREAT things about JUDD, not ashamed to say I want to see results fast, 2-3 pounds a week, At least for the rest of the summer and then I expect the plateau. 189-May 1st 181-May 31st

Well i am the opposite,, I gave birth to twins via c-section. Over two years i gained 40 pounds. I has a boss at work who has a very nice physique. So i asked her the magic question "HOW" she simply replied she works out 5x a week doesnt eat after 7pm, drinks PLENTY of water, doesnt obsess over calories but doesnt go crazy…
