  • I just had blood work done a week ago and they called saying I may have PCOS. I go to the Dr in 2 weeks and more blood work in about 6 weeks.

  • The chobani 2 percent has a few fat grams but it is way better than the non-fat. The 2 percent with pineapple is delish.

  • Use a mandolin to slice a sweet potato extra thin, on cookie sheet cook at about 325 for 15 mins be sure to check every few minutes and flip them mid way. Try to keep them the same width so they cook at the same rate. You could put salt on them before cooking but I don't
  • Easiest-buying healthier foods Hardest exercise-I've been out of shape my entire life just because I was thin doesn't mean I was in shape. I hope curves will help me change this
