Thanks for your reply guys. I guess it doesnt take into consideration muscle etc:noway: . I would look ill if i was 8stone odd, I probably would never get down to that weight especially the ammount of food I eat. It is all very healthy, but I do eat alot of it!! :) Good luck with your weight loss everyone :wink:

I love going to the gym, i make it part of my day, im a full time nursing student and i am on placement 2 long days a week, I work weekends, but I manage to squeeze in at least an hour at the gym, or go for a run, or play…

You could may a prawn and courgette linguine, I had this the other night it was lovely. Boil Linguine for 7mins Fry corgettes (cut into small pieces), add garlic and basil and hot pepper, then add the prawn, chopped tomatos and a small ammount of white wine. Mix it all together and there you have it :) Low calories too!!…
