You will begin to recongise just how HOT you look and you will be able to proudly say yes I have lost weight, I work hard at what I do and im becoming fitter and healthier than ever, and I love it. Before I started this journey, he was lighter than me by about 8kg, I was 70kg and he was 62kg now I'm about 59-60kg and he's around 63-64kg! :-)

Yes! My boyfriend tells me il never get that skinny so he doesn't know why I bothered going to the gym- he said my frame is too large and if I get any thinner you'd be able to see ribs on a large frame- oh and that Il start looking like a man because I lift weights. I usually have 3egg whites 1 whole egg, green or peppermint tea, handful of pumpkin seeds and a piece of fruit :-P

Yes my boyfriend constantly tells me to eat more! It's annoying as I'm eating the right mount of calories just healthier choices! He's healthy too but bigger meals, very carby. He hates that I calorie count too. It's irritating I'm finding I'm doing it in secret now whereas I shouldn't! :-G

Welldone everyone on all your achievement, all leaving food on plate, gardening without been exhausted, full toe press ups are amazing accomplishments and it's these little things which motivate us on our journey! Thank you for posting loved reading all your commnents xxxx

YES! My whole body has slimmed and now my arms are basically the same size as before the weight loss journey, I hate them, its so difficult to loose weight from them too, as most cardio works on your legs, I hope someone has some solutions! :) x

I work out every day without fail, exercises include; gym, treadmill, cross trainer, wave, weights, classes; body pump, circuits, bootcamp, I go swimming sometimes, I play football twice a week for two hours at a time, I also walk everywhere, I need something for my arms without toning legs :/ xcx

Thanks for sharing all what motivates you to keep going, mine is music too definatly, especially if there is a boucy track what comes on and I can pick the pace up to match the music :) I also love the feeling after :) Self satisfaction :D P.s, fallenanjel hope you get that fitty opposite you ;) Goodluck and peace to all…

I eat to fuel my body for the exercise, although I love food, I try to listen to my body so I dont go overboard, so I just eat when my stomach growls are me! xxx

Oh no poor you!! Mine was probably when I was getting off the school bus and someone was waving from the shop and I was looking to see who it was and fell straight off the bus flat on my face... If my friend is reading this she will be ROFL!!! =/ xx

thank you for all your replies, It must depend on country, shop etc, I may be a size 8 in some shops and size 12 in others. Ovousily depends on the size the clothes get made by xxxx
