I hated my arms, but I go to body pump and use free weights in the gym, and they have decreased by two inches so far and are so much more toned, I dont think women can get BULKY as such because we dont have testosterone, so you will just burn the fat from the arms, not turn it into muscle if you get me. I joined the gym after a few months of dieting and I went to bootcamp, bums,legs,tums, boxfit, and I done cardio work at the gym like 6/7 times a week. I now do running, cardio, and bodypump, my classes have decreased due to the nature of my university course, its very intense, I am starting to do more strength training…

:smile: Thanks all for your replys I started at 156lbs and I am currently at 134lb:happy: . I want to get down to 130lb. Im trying to tone at the min though, im happy with my progress so far, it has took a year though!!!:wink:

Thank you all for your feedback, I have been alot better lately, I choose to not eat things now instead of starting and not stopping, like if someone offers me a chocolate, I say no because if I have one, I will want more. Cheers again xxx

I started going to less action classes to get myself into it, I started going to yoga and pilates to get used to being around others wanting to keep fit. I then did a spin class, then b/l/t, boxfit, yoga for stregth, and now I go to any classes available, body pump etc, I think its just getting over the initial worry about…

Thank you very much for the advice, Im unsure if they will be ice or cold water, I might just take fruit and buy salad stuff from the tesco, take advocados tuna etc, and a little lunch box, knife and fork and I should be fine, thank you v much for your advice xxx

I lie on my back, and raise my legs so my bottom comes off the floor, its a bit like a reverse crunch.
