I RUN.. to the gym to get in extra cardio before my gym workout (1.5mile):wink: I RUN.. for miles because last year I couldnt even run for 5mins :smile: I RUN.. because of the feeling after when you have achieved your goal :smooched: :heart: ITTTTT!!!!!

I usually burn around 500/600 calories:wink: , I sprint on treadmill for 2min then rest for 1min then sprint for 2 min, and I do this three times, burns around 150calories, then for the other 150 I jog on the treadmill, so thats 300 done, I then use the cross trainer for 100 and the rowing machine for 100, this is round…

Ive just recently changed my treadmill workout, I used to run/ walk for approx 15mins, with a incline of 2.5 and speed on 10. I now do 2 min sprints on no incline, but speed of 14, I then walk for a min and then run again twice, so three in total. I burn more calories that way and I sweat like mad. I think it burns fat…

Thank you for all your support,:wink: I think they were shocked because they are used to seeing me eat fruit:yawn: , but I still felt there was no need to react the way she/they did when I got it. It is a overall fitness test, bench press, leg press, shuttle runs and bleep test. The smaller weight you are the more likely for you to get a higher score. Ive got boh my top and my bottom pierced. The top didnt hurt one bit and I was 14 at the time!! The bottom hurt a little bit, but it was bearable. It takes about 6 weeks to propperly heal, but worth the wait, I love mine!! I think they look gorgous... :) :)

Some suggestions :tongue: *Peanut butter on a mini whole wheat pita * cream cheese and smoked salmon on whole wheat pita or whole wheat crackers * cottage cheese topped with berries and cereal or just plain with hot sauce |*yogurt is a good source of protein as well. and granola with nuts gives you both protein and carbs

Definatly nuts:noway: - around 420 a bag whenthey are so small and easy to get through as a 'healthy' snack, well pffft what I thought was a healthy snack! They are also very high in fat! Fast food too!! Mcdonalds, ok I know its bad but not THAT many calories did I expect to see in the food there!! :noway: :smile:
