I aim to wash my hair twice a week too! It never seems to get greecy though which is strange. Im going to carry on trying these suppliments and others mentioned, fingers crossed, wish me luck!! xx

I dont bleach it, although I have done in the past.:ohwell: I dye my hair dark blonde from dark brown though when roots come through. I used to use straighteners everyday but cut down on how much I used these and that didnt make a difference. Im going to try to not dye it again, It could be drying it out. Thanks everyone…

Hey, the exentsions are only clip in ones. I only wear them once a week (whenever I go out) so I dont think its that. Ive been taking multi vitamins too. I have flax seeds most mornings iwth porridge too. Seems like ive tried everything :sad:

Ive been taking multi vitamins for a month, and nothing, so ive bought some vitamin E today and some hair and nail vitamin. Do you think this will do the trick? :wink:

Yes! except I actually gained 6lb yesterday after two weeks of after eating and exercising! I went from 9stone 10pounds to 10stne 6!! Read my post and see some ofthe answers to why this may be. You should measure yourself instead of weigh and muscle does weigh more than fat :smile:

Hey, yeah I drink alot of water, I never log it though, will start to :) I always carry around a litre bottle with me and I refil it everywhere. I get bad headaches if I dont drink alot of water and exercise so im very careful. Thanks everyone for your advice its really helpful! :smile:

Hey, thanks for your reply. I am not usually hungry before bed, I usually have tea around 7pm, although I had it around 5pm because of work. I am only within 800 calories for today too. So I really need a meal. Do you think porridge will be ok :) or bran flakes? xxx

Im the same BerryH:smile: , I dont feel like im actually working out unless i had a pool of sweat around me:noway: . I feel so much fitter after soaking wet. Urgh, not nice sweat, but a great feeling whilst working out :laugh:
