I just started a hybrid schedule of Turbofire and ChaLEAN Extreme. Have done other beachbody workouts but changing up my diet this time round too....bring on summer! Would love to have some more Turbofire or Chalean Extreme buddies :-)

Ft4 is just the model down from ft7. I have a ladies ft7. Tbh there's not a lot of difference between models though.

I am. Only just finishing week 1 though. I completed it last summer though, this is my second round.

Day 6 today for me. I completed insanity last year then spent a few months doing workouts from other beachbody programs. Now I'm ready to do another round after great results last time. I'm 35, 5'2", 119lb. Always good to have some more Insane friends so feel free to add me. I log EVERY day x

I have now completed Insanity and it is the best feeling ever to make it through to the end. I am so proud of myself and have had great results. I whined n moaned through month 2 and now I'm missing it already and considering a second round! X

I read "round 2" as doing the complete program again? As in, already completed the program once (month 1 AND month 2) but wants to do something else before completing the whole program again?

I have one week left of insanity now. It's an awesome workout and definitely the most challenging I know of on a DVD. I use a 98cal shake too for morning and afternoon snacks. They don't fill me up but stop me snacking til the next meal. On the odd occasion I have used them as a mealie placement I have used the with soya/almond milk, a banana and some natural peanut butter or something to bulk up the calories and make it more filling x
