Hey gang, hope you're still here. I was diagnosed with Type 2 in July 2022 with an a1c over 12. Started variations of low carb/carnivore/keto/Intermittent Fasting/OMAD etc almost immediately and drop about 40 pounds in 3 months and a1c down to the 5 range. Need to get that number checked again.
