Found some one that was willing to walk me thru each machine there is only 4 machines but if you do everything that each once is made for its 8 different things and i did 3 sets of 15 on each of them. Today I am SORE as all get out...was a little sad that there was only 1 leg machine and it only had 2 different functions…

I could do that...just here and there... I really want to build up some upper body strenght because i can barely do a push up. and i want to be able to do pull ups :)

Thats a good way to look at it. :) I know a person can't spot reduce...but I guess I can continue to do the Tricep and bicep work and just find other wasy to build muscles :) Thanks :)

Okay, So I thought about just throwing the towel in but i didn't. I upped my Calories so I only lose .5 a week. Seems slow but hey, its better than yo'yoing up and down. I started to skip counting calories and only watch my protien cause i was told eating 100 grams of protien will help me lose weight. but i am addicted to…

Okay, I changed it to only lose .5 a week and it is now saying that I can eat 1,630 Calories a day :)

Thank you, My friend and I were walking 30 minutes every day at lunch, but now i can't walk at lunch i work thru lunch leaving my excercise when I am with the kids and sometimes they jog with me sometimes they power walk and then i hear "mommy slow down" lol... but i will try that and just go from there... Thank you so much! I will just let myself heal. I was feeling down that day. however today is a new day. I had to go to town (I live 30 minutes from town) and I wanted to get a greasy yummy breakfast burrito and a dr pepper but I didn't :) SO to me that was a NVS :) I can do this!

Thank you. The only thing I didn't like was the Nike Run didn't tell me calories burned. but I like it logs the miles and it worked inside where the other one doesn't seem to work inside.
