  • Your husbands every word is grounds for divorce
  • ^ This Unless they have a policy on putting mio in water I really couldn't care less about the stares. Okay, I admit it, I've done it and never wondered for a minute who thought what. I even bring my own sweetener for my coffee and or tea, until the restaurants begin investing in Stevia I will continue to do what I want to…
  • I felt the same way when I started going, so I join a gym for women only. I eventually joined a unisex gym and even though I felt a little intimidated I received just as much if not more support from the members at the unisex gym. Guys can't wait to show you proper form if they see how committed you are. I became a fixture…
  • I'm a firm believer in "go hard or go home" with that said, I started with 5 and have graduated to up to 25 (depending on the muscle group), even more if using universal weight machines. I can squat holding up to 100. Not heavy for serious body builders, but killer for an amateur like me.
  • HIIT (bicycle sprints, running stairs, burpees), jumping rope, cycling moderate level & weight training. 90 minutes.
  • Using my first name along with maiden, 1st and 2nd (hopefully last, but not opposed to being Liz Taylor-lol joking) married names I am me, which means NO ONE celebrity or otherwise on God's green earth has my first name. Riley's believe it or not :glasses:

I went through something similar ages ago and currently remarried (9 happy years), and 170lbs down from my highest weight ( natural weightloss, kept it off for 13 years). You will find your happy place again I'm certain of that. Add me if you need a supportive…

  • Yuck..that's just wrong Kiwi
  • Stop being modest we see your profile pick... 10 baby!!!
  • You tell 'em girl!
  • Well, considering that I have high self esteem I would have to say 10 hands down. I am a person of substance, so my ideal "10" is me, but in the male anatomy with chiseled features and wash board abs and a sexy Scottish accent like my hubby
  • Yup!
  • No reason to cheat. Why not just leave? This pertains to both sexes, male and female. Why not just leave and preserve your dignity, reputation, and if there happens to be children involved spare them the embarrassment. Plus, cheating takes too much effort, I would rather workout. If the person " deserves" to be cheated on…
  • There is never a reason to wander while you are still in the relationship. Just leave if your not happy or want to full around with someone else. I don't understand the need to hang on...just thought of two reasons, greed and low self esteem
  • Totally. More challenging and quicker strength gains. I do 10 a day with my "home made" cross fit exercise routine so I've already completed the burpee challenge..done!
