Thanks for your advice. I will not and refuse to do the HCG diet. Everyone I known who has done has gained more weight back or become very sick afterwards from not eating right.

Make sure you take accountability of what you are feeding your body, and not eating off of emotions. I tend to overeat and stuff myself in hopes that I will feel better.

I am also doing ChaLean Extreme, the best way is to use a HRM during the workout to get accuracy. The harder you work the more you burn.

With purpose and prayer you will be able to do whatever you need to do. I have no kids and believe that I need to lose weight to be healthy pre-pregnancy. You can do it!

That's my problem area too. They say your body gets rid of the fat it wants too. I would just increase cardio, its okay to do situps, crunches, etc every day because the stomach has no memory. Pilates and yoga does help to train the core. Good luck.

Make a schedule, one day do upper body, lower body, and then abs, Rotate cardio and strength training. Work every muscle to see results.

I try and stay away from the scale, but it is so tempting. As women we do fluctuate from time to time:smile:
