Sorry sis I am still in! I just do the mobile app, but I just recently started the 24 Advocare challenge with my trainer from my fitness Bootcamp. I am still doing my workouts sometimes twice a day. I have started drinking way more water, I have go get better with preparing my meals, but sometimes time gets away from me.

My workout times vary depending on my work schedule. I do think its better to get the workout done and over with early so you can rest and unwind in the evenings

I would rate myself a B. I got off late Saturday and dined with a friend eating after 9pm. Other then that I'm taking it slow and just trying to make it to the end.

Day 1 in the books! I did great, got my workout in, and did good with eating.

I am currently on day 13 working out to JM 30 Day Shred. It is challenging but you will get a workout in 20-30 mins. Good luck

Dont' be nervous! Do what you can, everything counts. Listen to your body and do your best and you will reap the benefits. I am starting 30 Day Shred March 1st too

I don't think it makes that much of a difference, because people works different hours, just eat in moderation, and listen to your body.

I think both of the trainers you will get what you put in, but its different preferences for everyone, just whichever you choose work at your best level, good luck
