I was asking someone about this. Mine get in the way of running and doing activities that require anything jumping up and down. I wear like 2 sports bra but it is not enough support. I've tried Academy sports but anything is going to be pricey.

You are not giving your body enough food = energy, which is putting it in starvation mode. If you are exercising that gives you room to eat more, and still stay within your range.

Sorry for last responses. I am in my 3rd week. I LOVE it. I actually stayed on Week 1 for 2 weeks to adjust to the program. After 2 weeks I have dropped 6 lbs. I am added more cardio, but the program tones you up because I feel stronger than ever. I can't wait to see final results. I purchased the deluxe package !

I did Zumba today, and you can not go by MFP things they submit in there...you will need and its best to buy a HRM so that you can track it accurately, because people can burn different calories depending on how hard they work
