I am currently on DAY 5, good workout for 20 minutes definitely. I'm also doing a 3 day cleanse to help with weight loss and detoxing, if anything I am using it as a good workout boost to get me on the path of working out

Perfect. I want to lose between 40-60lbs. How do you want to do this? I always can use extra motivation.

DAY 1...I am sooo out of shape...that workout has nothing on the elliptical and treadmill. THose 20 mins lasted forever...I am sore from neck down. I suggest u take your measurements and track it...I want to see some results.

Melanotin didn't work for me because it did give me crazy dreams and nightmares, something I would never imagine. I am going to try to incorporate more exercise in my week, in hopes that will get me back on track

Thanks guys. I actually Like sleep when I can get it. My job is very stressful and I try to leave all of it at work, but even when I go to sleep sometimes I toss and turn. Sometimes I have to take sleeping pills both prescribed and over the counter to rest all the way.
