You can make time for what you want, that's what I had to tell myself. There are 24 hours in a day, one hour needs to be yours dedicate it to exercise. Organize and plan ahead...you can do it!

I haven't seen any weight loss from the place itself, but I love the staff and the people there. I have not yet started the eating plan, but the Curves Smart is great, and you will get a workout.

I have the Wii, Just started using it a few days ago. I love it! I just ordered the Zumba for Wii, but I love the aerobics feature on there.

Yes I have been drinking a lot of water, but I am getting many headaches, and my legs feel like jello.

I alternate zumba classes, Wii Fit, ellipical machines, strength training, and Curves!

Yes it is an aerobic dance class, its high impact or low impact really depending on your instructor.
