I don't ever plan on not working out again. Before I had my girls I use to go to the gym a few days a week, I really missed that the past few years but between the kids and work I was feeling so tired all the time (thanks thyroid for failing).

I stick to 1200 calories a day, which if I burn off 400 of those calories, I get an extra 400 in that day. Does that make sense?
