I am a grazer. I tend to eat more in the afternoon and evening so I plan for that throughout the day.

Does it help knowing that once you get up and do it it's done for the day? No dreading an afternoon or evening workout? For me it's more about having the energy to get in a good workout so early in the morning.

I wish I felt the same as you :sad: I've tried it and don't feel like I'm doing any workout at all. I've heard so many great things about it. I want to incorporate it into my routine but I'm frustrated.

I'm curious about this, too. I'm up at 6 but I'd love to get a 1/2 hour or so of exercise in first thing in the morning. It would fit my schedule better but I feel like it's almost a wasted workout because I have no energy that early. I'd love to hear some suggestions.

I'm currently borrowing this DVD from someone who bought a 3-pack set so I'm not sure how new it is. I really like it because I'm not working as hard as I have to during the JM 30 Day Shred but I'm burning just as many calories and it's fun!

I try to stick to approximately 100 but even just getting that from fresh/raw veggies, yogurt, & a little bit of fruit seems tough (that's not my entire diet but just where I get most of my carbs from).
