I recently bought a food scale and I love it! I have really been underestimating portion sizes. I'm worried that weighing my food is going to create a monster, though. Sometimes I see people on here who are burning up to 1000 calories during their workouts. Is this you? Curiosity is getting the better of me. What are you doing to burn that much and how long are you doing it? I'm bored after a half hour :laugh:

Jillian sale at Walmart
I just picked up a Jillian Michaels workout kit at Walmart for $10. It has Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, and two 1 lb weights. I'm not so excited about the weights :laugh: but I'm thinking $10 for the DVDs isn't too bad. Just thought I'd share.

Am I the only one...
who is not a Zumba fan? I have no desire to try a class but I do have the second version for the Wii. I find it VERY frustrating and my HRM shows that I'm barely doing anything. I've tried it 3 or 4 times and I just cannot get into it. I'm disappointed because I've heard so many great things about it :sad:

Can I use wheat bran instead of flour? I'm trying to make a veggie pancake I found on Shine Food. I'm a huge grazer. There are many times that I don't eat an entire serving of something so it makes tracking food a pain. Is anybody else like this? How do you keep track of everything? Just looking for some suggestions. Thanks!
