    Yoga Sculpt or Yogaworks Slim. There's also a great circuit that's about 20 minutes, by Marco...something. I forget his last name. Good luck!

    I'm a big fan of Butt Bible (both the upper and lower body workouts). I've been doing them for about 6 weeks now and can really see the change in definition.

    I've been doing Barre 3 by Sadie Lincoln...I love it! I think I've done it a total of 5 times so far, and have already lost inches! I don't do it every day because I have had problems with repetitive movement injuries in the past and don't want to flare it up again. On alternate days I ride my stationery bike and do crunches on my stability ball.
