Where do I go from here?

Hey, all. I'm 5'6 and 123 pounds so I'm doing okay in the weight department but I'm ready to start toning my body up. I'm on my second round of the 30 Day Shred but I'm not sure this is going to do the trick. I think it might be time to up my workouts a bit. I'm not a gym girl. I need something I can do at home I'm just not sure what. Any ideas? Thanks!

    If you like 30DS and have been through it already, maybe try Jillian's Ripped In 30? Same format as Shred, but with 4 levels, and I think it's tougher than Shred. Her 6 Week Six-Pack is good too - focuses on core, but has some good cardio in it too. I like to alternate that one with 30DS or Ripped.

    Ughh...the word "toning" again.

    Anyways, you should start strength training.
