I'm really going to do it....need opinions
I have been telling myself that each time I reach a certain goal I will get a HRM. I've reached lots of goals but still haven't bought myself the HRM. So I've decided that enough is enough and I deserve it! So tomorrow I'm going to get myself one. Suggestions/opinions? Also, I have small wrists - 5 inches. Thanks!

eating *carbs* back?
Just recently I've started to strictly watch my carb intake. I noticed that when I record my exercise for the day my carb count goes up (just like with my calories). For you carb watchers out there - do you eat your carbs back?

Anyone just ripping or shredding?
Is anyone out there seeing results strictly with diet and 30DS/Ripped in 30? I know some people have great results when they incorporate extra cardio but sometimes I'm too strapped for time or just too plain tired to do both.

Getting my kids to eat healthier
My kids are 9 and 4. They absolutely hate to try anything new. I'm curious to hear how some of you get your kids to try different things. I don't necessarily want to "trick" them into eating new things by "hiding" it in their food. I want them to have an appreciation for healthy foods. What do you do?

What do you consider a "plateau"?

Do you combine JM's 30 Day Shred with other exercise in the same day? I just started level 2 and it's usually the only exercise I include in my day. I'm just curious if anybody goes above and beyond the video every day.
