I have it. I don't use it a lot but that's just me. For as little as I've used it so far it's definitely been worth the $2 it cost me.

Thanks, guys!

My husband is addicted so we have a couple quarts of moose tracks, a quart of Friendly's caramelot, a couple quarts of cookie dough, and a quart of chocolate. Thank goodness I'm not a fan of ice cream!

Are you stopping because of physical reasons or mental? Most of the battle for me while I'm running is mental. I get so far and then I'm just done so I have to turn into my own cheerleader. Do you run outside or on a track or treadmill? Mentally I can't do a track or treadmill because it's too easy for me to quit. I run…

Love them! Wish I had the nerve to do it. If you want one I say go for it and don't worry about what other people say or think :)

I just downloaded a bunch. Thanks! Aside from the app for this site all I was using was runkeeper so this helps a ton.

These are awesome. Thank you!

I just bought Fitness Buddy. I haven't used it enough to know if I should be recommending it but there are tons of exercises and tutorials in the library.

I'm going to have to get back to this workout. You all look awesome!

I drink anywhere between 2 - 4 travel mugs per day for lots of reasons. Most of the time I'm freezing so it helps to warm me up. I really enjoy it, too. I drink it black but love trying different flavored versions. I've never really considered whether or not it's effected my weight loss. I'm not sure I'd give it up even if…

Push-mowing the lawn. It's one of my favorite exercises. My husband does the rest with the riding mower and gets some tongue lashings from friends of ours that drive by and see him riding and me pushing LOL

This doesn't answer your question but I do have a question for you: how do you know your body is in keto? I honestly don't know so just curious.

Awesome deal! I just wanted to add that I recently picked up a JM "kit" at Walmart a few weeks ago. It had the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zone DVDs along with a set of 1lb weights - I gave those to my grandma because I thought she'd get more use out of them than I would - and it only cost $10. It's…

I recently made a cookie dough dip recipe with chickpeas. I NEVER would have thought it would be as awesome as it was. Even my kids were eating it off of the mixers like it was real cookie dough. They never would've known if their father hadn't told them! So I'll definitely be trying this. Thank you!

Sounds so good...bumping :)

With heavy enough weights can this program be done at home? Or is the gym a necessity for this?

I'm kind of wondering the same things myself....

Putting this in My Topics. Thanks

You guys are awesome  I'm at the point where I need to start going a little bit harder for a little bit longer if I want to see any more results. Thanks for the inspiration.
