Anyone just ripping or shredding?

Is anyone out there seeing results strictly with diet and 30DS/Ripped in 30? I know some people have great results when they incorporate extra cardio but sometimes I'm too strapped for time or just too plain tired to do both.

I actually lost the majority of my weight doing diet and 30DS. The biggest thing for me with 30DS was the toning. I've tried other short videos (I have 5 little ones so I need to be quick!) before but always end up going back. For the amount of time I am able to spend working out (under 30 minutes), it is the best workout I have found.0
