"Last minute" tips?

I'm heading to the beach in two weeks. I obviously would like to look decent in my bathing suit. I've been using myfitnesspal for about six months now and am mainly here to tone up. Can you give me any "tricks of the trade" to use over the next few weeks? I'm not looking for a magical overnight solution :laugh: just a few things to help keep me look my best. Thanks!

Lift heavy, do cardio moderately at least 30 minutes a day, eat most of your carbs by lunch.0
