So I checked out the scoobysworkshop site and I found it pretty interesting. There is a free fat loss calculator that I'd like to try using. The problem for me is that it breaks down your calories by meal and I'm much more of a grazer during the day than an actual meal person. Does anyone use it? How do you set up your calorie intake throughout the day?
